First Family Birthday Celebration

Since the beginning of Quest our workers have been faithfully pouring into the lives of our kids through UpStreet.
We are so excited to have a children’s environment that is so unique and attractive. It has really become a part of our identity as a church.
Six weeks ago our UpStreet workers held JumpStart. This was a 30 minute program where the gospel was explained to our kids and their parents. The goal was for the parents to go home, with the information discussed and lead their children to Christ.
Last Sunday was the culmination of all that effort in our first ever Family Birthday Celebration. The kids who came to Christ and were ready for baptism, participated in this special service just for kids and their families. Eleven kids were baptized and it was the biggest birthday party these kids have ever seen. We want them to remember this huge step of faith for the rest of their lives!
We also had a baby dedication at the start of the program and those parents were able to see a preview of what their kids will experience when they graduate to UpStreet in a few years.
